when you use the merged feature, the list is being built live from the database so technically you can get the list ~30 minutes sooner.

Thank you for the new option to merge several lists into one list!
I wanted to know how often the merged lists are updated. Are they updated as soon as you update any of the lists that are included or is it a set schedule?
