If you are using "Hide My IP" and blocking that service's IPs then that would certainly cause internet issues.
It is likely the US list that contains the IPs for that service.
You can stop using that list or allow the IPs needed for that service.

whenever i have peerbloker open and i try to get on the internet it wont work
